Dinner at White Dog Cafe Glen Mills tonight was AWESOME! We had two family friends with us, who are husband and wife, and have had been going through a rough time after the loss of their son, so this was a good escape for them. Anthony was our waiter, he was fun to talk with as always! For drinks, Mom had water, Dad and I had soda, and our friends had Cokes, one diet and one regular with lemon. For appetizers, Mom and Dad ordered the Squash Bisque, with roasted pumpkin seeds and chilli oil: they really enjoyed it as always! The wife friend and I ordered the French Onion Soup, which was served with sourdough bread, Swiss, and provolone cheeses. It was yummy! For the main course, Dad ordered the Koch Farms Hot Turkey Sandwich, which had whole roasted turkey, cranberry-orange chutney, and herb turkey gravy, served on white bread, with a side of plain fries. It was like Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich! He liked it! I ordered the White Dog Double Cheddar Burger, with just cheese and grilled red onions, and without the Green Meadow Farm Smoked Bacon Mayo, bibb lettuce and tomato, served on a brioche bun with a side of fries. We also ordered a side of the Roasted Brussels Sprouts, which were served with Pennsylvania maple dressing and bacon. They were so delicious, I took the rest home! The husband friend got the burger with everything. and a side of fries. The wife friend got the same burger but without the brioche bun, and a side of fries. Mom ordered the Vegan Cheese Burger, her favorite! It had double smashed patties, vegan cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, adobo steak sauce, romaine lettuce, and mushroom "bacon," all served on a sweet potato bun with a side of fries. She enjoyed it! dessert, Dad ordered two scoops of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup, and a cookie on top. Our friends and I ordered the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée, served with a shortbread cookie on top. The new manager, Dan, was very friendly. Thanks for dinner! See you again soon!

Our appetizer was served then immediately after, our soups were served. We started digging in...not happy that it was all served at the same time as we had hot appetizers, then our entrees were brought out. Enough already...I sent them back to the kitchen as not only were we not ready, there was so much food on the table already there was no room. When will restaurants learn the art of serving? It wasn't busy.

My boyfriend and I came here for New Year’s Eve. The food was absolutely incredible and everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was a 10/10 and our server Anthony did a fantastic job.

There was a long hair right on top of my fries. The server was very apologetic and addressed it immediately. Both managers came over at separate and all we got was an apology that seemed rehearsed. Felt like lip service. Food has gone down hill since they opened. We won’t be going back.

I was so disappointed in White Dog today! Our food was mediocre at best and our service was very poor. Our server was working hard, but the place seemed understaffed. Top it off, you have to pay a 3% credit card charge. Ridiculous to put this on the customer when the food is already overpriced. We won’t be back.

I enjoyed brunch with two guests. I love the doggie decor/paintings and the food is good. Our server was excellent.
