White Dog Cafe's newest location brings local, seasonal, and sustainable dining to Chester County. The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor. The restaurant features seven distinct dining rooms, each with its own unique personality and design. In addition, there is an expansive outdoor patio with a gas fireplace and retractable cover. The open Barn room includes a large oval bar, a sitting area by an open fireplace, and doors leading to the outdoor potting shed. The menu includes several White Dog staples, such as Kennett Square Mushroom Soup, Double Cheddar Burger, Lamb Bolognese, Truffle Fries, and house-made bread baskets from local farms, alongside new additions.

Large party brought into our dining room, we requested to move and it was done very quickly. Alyssa was our server and she was fantastic

Beautiful restaurant with a canine decor that is really nicely done. Our particular table for two was really too small and we quickly removed the flowers and salt and pepper just to make more room. This was the second time we were seated at this exact table. Not thrilled with this but the place was packed so did not ask to be moved. The food is always very good and the service was good. It can get a little loud in the restaurant but everyone seems to be happy and enjoying a nice night out. This has become a favorite spot for us and we will be back. Just hope we get a different table next time!

My friend and I met for lunch. We had a lot of catching up to do and our server kept checking to see if we were ready to order. So she instructed us to put menus on edge of our booth and then she would take our order when WE were ready. I had the feature of Shrimp and grits with red peppers. Delicious! My friend had salad with chicken, that she loved. Always a great meal at White Dog

My friends and I enjoyed a delicious lunch today. Our server, who I am sorry to say I don't remember her name was very sweet, kind and knowledgeable of the menu and the food you serve. We will definately be back.

1st experience there and it was amazing. Great location for a business meeting. Food and service were impeccable.

Food was excellent and the restaurant had vintage charm with modern touches. Back room was a little noisy, but I think it was more of an acoustics thing. We had a lovely time!
