   My girlfriend and I never really celebrate Valentine's Day. But this year we decided to do it at the local White Castle, and it was a truly exceptional experience. We took our daughter and everyone had fun. The employees were very friendly and professional!

   The premise of Valentines Day at White Castle is clever and their decorations were perfect. But oh the execution! Restaurant wasn’t that crowded at 8 PM, but waited 20 minutes for someone to take order. Both servers were forgetting about customers, and we saw another couple walk out after 15-20 minute wait to take order after 8:30 PM. Our server lost our order. We saw mistakes made on orders at at least 2 other tables. Don’t know if they were having issues in kitchen, but they looked like they wanted to be anywhere but at work. It took us 15 minutes to get our bill and pay. One sever spent more time talking to kitchen while other was constantly playing with decorations and worrying about pictures for social media page. Just dreadful service all the way around. Only saving grace was that food was exactly what we expected and enjoyed and the free cupcake was a nice touch to say nothing of decor and idea of Valentines Day at White Castle. Inexcusable that store had 1 year to get it right and managed to handle special event so poorly. Will not return for Valentines Day at this particular White Castle and may not be anxious to return anytime soon.

   This has become our Valentines Day tradition. Interesting dining at While Castle and having table service.

   What a great Valentine’s Day experience! Fun evening with balloons and table cloths to set the mood. I was expecting a little more with items on theme but overall, we were so very pleased.
