The staff was amazing! We do the Valentine's dinner with our kids because of nostalgia, and this location did not disappoint. Spacious interior, plenty of seating, the decor was on point complete with vases and candles at each table, tablecloth coverings, and chocolates to boot! Loved every minute and so glad they keep doing this.

We enjoyed having table service. We ordered the #1 Combos. The service was quick and the food was hot.

Valentine’s Day at the WC lounge! It was a nice, simple date with just enough decoration to make it a special night without being over the top. It was fun to pig out on your usual White Castle comfort food with a romantic touch. Cool idea for families, too. Thanks for having a unique spin on a popular holiday.

My husband and I are seniors on a fixed income so this was a perfect inexpensive way to celebrate Valentine's.

Hair in food. Didn't use reservations. Not enough high chairs. Poor decorations and service for Valentine's day.

We went here for valentines day and had reservations. We spent 2 hours here when it should have been at least a hour total. Did more waiting then anything. We waited at least 20 mins to order our drinks. The server took another 10 to get them. Then took another 15 waiting to put our food order in. Food came out and was hot and fresh and great! Then went to pay to wait another 15 minutes for him to run my card and he came back and forgot to give me my card back right away. The atmosphere was vday friendly and quiet and kid friendly though.
