It was decent. They made an effort to have a host and table service. Did it for the V-Day experience.

Always a fun time on Valentines day!! recite all the effort made to make it a special day. Decorations were great.

Wait staff was less than enthusiastic. We thought they would try to make it fun, but it seemed more like a chore. Maybe it was because it was a late in the evening reservation. We have been to several White Castle Valentine’s galas. This was the worst.

We love celebrating Valentine’s Day at the Love Castle and this year did not disappoint. Slider Lovers Lane was a great way to keep tradition alive amidst a pandemic.

The facility was short staffed, however the staff members available were terrific! It was a truly an enjoyable experience.

Well, White Castle is White Castle... but NOT on Valentines Day! They bring our decorations, linens for the tables, server, and a selfish back drop! It is so much fun to attend this event! It is silly, but we like this better than a prefix menu and overly packed high end on the actual date!

Great time and we go every year. Only real issue was not near enough help. Took forever for every stage. Seating was bit confusing. Ordering took forever. Getting food took very long time. Had to ask for our check. Now in saying that all employees seemed to be working well just were understaffed. Very kind and friendly. Need bit more time to reserve seating. My notice in email was only about a week or so away from the date and most seating was taken and reserving was very frustrating on internet this year. In saying all that we will be back!! Do hope it gets better!!

Eat here very often and i realize the waitresses are not what they normally do. The hostess was great, The service was pretty bad it took 30 min to even get the drinks ordered and i had to go get her. Drinks came very late after and the food later than that and the burgers were about room temperature. I understand one waitress was AWOL so this made it harder for them. Waitress we had was overly apologetic and i told her not to worry i know things happen. We were a party of 5 and we still enjoyed our visit on Valentines Day. We will be there every year no matter what. The decorations were a lot better than last year!! This was our 7th time to do this. Thanks for doing this for everyone. We were a bit disappointed that we didn't get the customary picture that is set up as the waitress was just too busy. Thank You for the inquiry!!

Valentine's Day at a Castle?! So great! Haha All the staff were fun and festive, cute decorations, and as always the food is yummy.
