Took forever to sit down for the Valentine’s Day dinner, even though there were open tables, never cleaned anything off table still crowns from the previous people. didn’t come back to ask if we need anything. Missing napkins, plates, condiments. End up being more expensive than it said on the menu. I feel like they were very overwhelmed and understaffed for a huge event.

Valentine's Day at the Castle! Decorated interior. Wait staff with table service. Same great burgers and cheesecake bites on a stick. Very busy and a few errors on the orders but they're always kind and quick to remedy.

First time we celebrated Valentine's Day at White Castle. It was fun, restaurant decorations cute, waitress superb.

Fun time on Valentine's Day! Staff did a fine job providing wait service; unlike their normal counter service. Food came out quickly and was just as good as always! Lots of older folks "eating memories" and lots of young children joining young parents for a family Valentine's Day experience.

Everything was wonderful!! The staff was great and looked like they were enjoying it as well. The ambience was wonderful and the experience was just all over fun!!

We love the Valentine’s Day experience at White Castle. This was our 10th year!! Can’t wait for next year.

As is our family tradition, we opted to spend our Valentine’s Day at White Castle. The Fenton location always does such a wonderful job at decorating the lobby and making it feel cute and romantic The young ladies, who worked the lobby, waiting on the tables did an excellent job even though this is not their norm. I applaud them for diving in headfirst and figuring it out. The food was delicious as always, and I can’t wait to go back again next year not that that’ll be our next visit but there’s something special about table service on Valentine’s Day.
