It was very busy. Took a long time to get food. Server was extremely nice. Decorations were cute.

I think our order never got put in. So people who sat down after us got food before us.

Unique experience. This is our 4th year. Already looking forward to next year! Would highly recommend.

We had a Great time! Staff was friendly and we even brought them some Valentine Treats. We made it a really fun date with additional decorations and even a bottle of non-alcoholic Wine with wine glasses. (With prior approval earlier in the day with mgr). The only thing missing was some mood music. Maybe next year! Thanks for Our first Fabulous Dating Experience at White Castles!! Cindy & Mike Quinn

We were so happy with the decision to come for Valentine’s Day. I told my daughter she could have dinner in a CASTLE!! And she was so impressed !(She’s 3) From the hostess to the overall service and smiles all around it was so rememberable! Thank you for this fun service.

It was a fun experience. Needed more servers. Nothing against the two that were working, they tried and did well for how busy it was. Just having Two servers for the amount of customers made for slow service. I would like to do it again next year if they fix this issue. Shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes at White Castles to put in our order then another 35 minutes to get our food.

Food was cold and requested to be replaced. 20 minutes later it still hadn’t been replaced. Workers had people waiting 45 minutes and visibly were doing nothing in the kitchen. The saddest experience for the valentines special

There was only one server and she only came to our table one time. She was not friendly. We waited 20 minutes for our food. Then We waited 50 minutes for our food. We were not happy, then our food was not correct and they forgot some of our food. Had to wait another 10 minutes for our food we were missing. The waitress didn’t come bring it to us we had to go up to the counter and get it. The manager would not talk to us. We will not be back.

My husband and I were excited to go, as it has been on our bucket list. The food was fresh and delicious. The service and cleanliness not good at all. Our server was very friendly and did the best she could, but the restuarant its self was not prepared. The drink dispenser looked as it had not been cleaned in days, the floor was dirty, and the bath room was very nasty. We watched the workers use menus to "wipe off" the tables instead of wet rags. I feel the employees were not given good direction on what needed to be done and the store was understaffed.
