Cute decorations that transformed the interior of the restaurant. Hostess was very nice. Our server/waiter was a bit on the slower side and forgot a lot of things we asked for so I had to repeat several times. Someone requested items never came. Also he didn’t check in on us the entire meal and it was impossible to flag him down unless I got out of my seat. Food was great and pretty standard otherwise. They had valentines edition slider boxes which was pretty cute!

Felt like everyone was trying really hard to give us a good time even though it's out of their element and pretty stressful

It was a very nice evening, was glad to be back on valentines day, hadn't been there due to covid during valentines day with my SON.

i met the love of my life at white castle on ashland on valentines day shouts out to the staff and ever body that was there not tryin to flex but i had a very nice time

We go to a different White Castle every Valentine's Day. This was THE BEST one in over 10 years. The Staff was outstanding.

this is the first time we did valentine's day at white castle. they went all out for us. kissing booth, they took our order at the table and made sure we were well taken care of. had a great time

We have been going to White Castles on Valentine's day with some moms and special need young adults that love. We made reservations in January at this point fine because dining was not allowed. So we reserved 2 parking spaces because told car hop,that was fine for our kids it's been a year since they have been together. Weather was 20- with windchill. When I called the day before explained weather conditions,still was told "No" car hopping & dining outside. 😑 later was told from a mom dining was permitted inside. When I was told absolutely not all though dining in has been lifted in Chicago. Our little crew was sad,this is where they spend time on Valentine's day. Still told car hopping with weather being that cold. We did not go. ! Well be safe,maybe next year.

Super friendly service and great food as usual. We were there for the Valentine’s Day pop up and loved what they did with the place. Thanks for a great experience!

Service slows down a bit when a fast food joint is transformed into a sit-down restaurant. The friendliness is top-notch however. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves, even with the added stress level of the once-a-year arrangement. I highly recommend for the fun and lack of pretentiousness. Everyone knows Valentine's at White Castle is hokey, but everyone's in on it, so it's good fun.
