We rarely get over to White Castle so this was a treat to have fresh sliders. We were 10 minutes early for our 8:30 pm reservation and so we only waited 5 minutes. Service was prompt and afterwards they were kind enough to take a picture for us.

We were 12 minutes early and was seated right away. Tables had table cloths and centerpieces. Our order was taken promptly. We hadn’t been here in years so it was nice to have some freshly made sliders.

As a family, we've been doing Valentine's Day at White Castle for 15 years - a different one every time. This one fell a bit flat - not much ambience, incorrect food order, and the only available reservation time was 5:15, yet it was more than half empty in the hour we were there. On the upside, the employees were friendly. And kudos to The Castle for adding Impossible Burgers to their menu.

We had the best time at White Castle for our Valentine's celebration. The hostesses were very attentive and went above and beyond to make our visit fun. Everyone who was in the restaurant was there to have an exceptional and memorable time. White Castle did not disappoint! All ages were in attendance from 4 to 80. Super fun!

It was our first Valentines Day dinner and we both wanted something out of the norm and I had wanted to have a White Castles Valentines dinner but never had a partner who felt the same until my girlfriend Julie. We had a great time and felt so at ease with the service and wait times.

Went on vday had a 845 reservation no one bothered to take out names down or even acknowledge us. There was no order to who got next table. I could have solved all the problems right there there was also only 8 tables decorated and being used they should have decorated the side tables as well would have alllowed for 12 more people to be seated at a time maximizing profits and keeping people happy

Reserved a table for Valentine’s Day and the service was very poor. The restaurant kept the door locked to keep walk-in customers out, but also made those with reservations wait outside for 10+ minutes. Despite having a 7pm reservation, when they finally let us in it became clear that the wait just to sit down would be much longer. We waited another 15 min huddled in the doorway before leaving to go eat something else. A really disappointing experience.

For Valentine's Day, I think there could have been better decorations, such as cloth tablecloths not cheap plastic ones, romantic music ,not the loud rap/rock music that was played and more of a decorative effort could have been expended. I'll be back but not for Valentine's Day.
