Perfect for Business gatherings, celebrations and family dinners this festive season, Whitcomb's at the Londoner invites you to enjoy our Festive Groups Dining Experience menu, specially created for large or group parties. The dishes served will be shared among your table for a convivial atmosphere. Additional dishes can be ordered on the night to supplement your dining experience. The £30 deposit will be deducted from your final bill or refunded to your card if you need to cancel your booking. Reservations are accepted 72 hours prior to your booking time otherwise it may be cancelled.

The deserts were a bit disappointing in comparison to the first dishes and main courses that were excellent Also the ambient music was a bit annoying However we were fully satisfied from the overall experience

We had the express menu at lunch time which we thought was very good value. Service was discreet but attentive, also very good. Some little petit fours were unexpectedly added to go with coffee, prompted by the fact that this was the celebration of a birthday. My only reservation was that the service was 15% whereas I consider the norm to be 12.5 % or even 10% .I understand that this is discretionary but changing it always seems a little churclish. Perhaps this is becoming the London standards. I would definitely recommend this restauarant.

We had the pre-theatre menu which was limited but excellent. Staff were exceptional from our waitress to The sommelier. Service changes a meal to an experience and in this respect we got 5 star service.

Had a rather startling experience at this restaurant. Food is well presented and comes out quickly. The set menus are good value when you cost in location, ambience and free cocktail. Tastewise, the food is OK. But the service… we have never experienced anything like it! Pushy, impatient, condescending. We’re professionals in our 40s and were spoken to like we were doddery pensioners. And then, in an incredible feat of shamelessness, the waiter asked for a tip in addition to the automatically applied service charge. So be warned, in this place you will be shaken down for TWO service charges on the same bill.
