    It was our anniversary dinner. I reserved the bar seating, but asked for ramen seating on the notes. We got sat at a table. Couldn't hear my partner talking at all. It was a huge bummer. Food was OK, we left hungry and went to another place for more food. Drinks were great.

    I love Whisky and Ramen and have been here several times now, but was bummed because I booked a spot in the Whiskey Bar a few weeks out (much quieter, better ambience) and our table was not ready with an extra 30 minute wait time. Maybe the restaurant should consider spacing these slots out a little more. Otherwise, the food was as always fabulous and the cocktails are amazing.

    Whiskey selection and drinks are fantastic. Service was great. Food not good. Appetizers were just okay. Tried shishito peppers and wings. Wings were great but the dipping sauce was not very good. Peppers were bland and under seasoned. Even a little flaked sea salt would be an upgrade. Ramen was inedible. Great flavor for a bite or two, but so rich you could not eat it. Horribly balanced. Needed some acidity to cut the fat. Crispy pork belly was dry and lacked seasoning. Very disappointed as I heard so many great things.

    The food was delicious, as always! Excited to see a few former drink specials make it on the menu as regulars. While I would love to see some food “specials”I know I’m just going to order the Dark Horse with GF noodles and extra egg and extra rayu on the side regardless. The Milk + Honey whiskey was delicious and the steaks looked 🔥!!

    All around fantastic experience. They do dedicate a significant portion of their seating to walk ins, but just do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You will not be disappointed with your culinary experience. Staff is super friendly as well. 10/10

    Our server was great and food and beverages good. The prime rib fillet that I ordered was cooked to my satisfaction, medium rare, was not as tender as I would expect. But overall, I would eat here again and next time try one of the ramen dishes that the restaurant is known for.
