Hostess was very helpful. Short on servers. Not crowded. Only took reservations. No walk ins. Strong drinks. Food was good.

Food was amazing but service was terrible. Went more than 40 minutes without seeing or waitress, multiple times. We had to flag down a different waitress to order our food, and we had to walk up to the bar to get it drinks because our waitress forgot about us. Even though the manager was aware of our poor experience, we were offered no compensation. A free dessert or a comped appetizer would have made all the difference.

If you read the messy reviews prior to this review they are right they focus on large parties vs small ones and food didn't come out right when they drop off food it was not fresh and hot and no follow up if they left something out and one of our parties food was left out didn't get until we got up to confront.

AWFUL service. Hostess was lost - staff was given sections all over the restaurant and seemed frantic at all times… waitress was notified of chaos and the GM was demeaning when we expressed concern due to the continued wait for our bill. It seems there is a lack of leadership and/or structure in this business. The food was great but the service makes it a 1 star

The atmosphere is very cool and fun. So much outside seating on the patio and on the beach. The firepits were a nice touch along with the big outside bar. That’s where the good ends. Ordered our food and I requested a knife. NEVER received one, thank goodness I could manage by eating my shrimp with my hand. Once we were done eating, our plates were never cleared away. I noticed that the table was being cleared once we were leaving. Oh the band at the bar was terrible and they stopped playing at 9:00pm on a Friday!!! The restaurant was never busy , wonder why - when the restaurant next door was packed!!!! We walked over there and listened to the great band that plays until midnight and the service seemed to be good as well. I’ll not be going back to this place but will go next door to Flounders.
