Whiskey Joe's will be open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner. Takeout, delivery, and catering are available! Reservations available for all seating areas, 7 days of the week. Join us for Live Music every Thursday from 5pm-9pm. Happy Hour is Monday- Thursday from 3PM to 6PM. Happy Hour specials include 1/2 off select appetizers, $2 Busch Light cans, $3 domestic draft beer, $5 select well drinks, $6 house wine, and $7 select specialty cocktails. We drove to Whiskey Joe's in the pouring rain and arrived much earlier than our reservation. The hostess seated us and it was Happy Hour. We ordered from the HH menu. The food arrived quickly as the place was not very crowded. There was a nice view of the Manatee River. Service was prompt and the prices were fine. We ordered the fish tacos (each of us) and drinks. We were in and out within the hour. All was fine.

Whiskey Joe’s has good ambience with a nice view. I enjoy their french fries and gator bites.

Food was great, prices on drinks were good too. The seafood is fresh everything we had was delicious. Service was relatively quick although it did take a little bit to get our cocktails. Definitely will be returning.

This was our first time there and the restaurant is nice, and has a good view but inside had LOTS of flies, I imagine inside of the kitchen. Very gross! The food was not good, my family got fried fish and it had a soggy texture, not crispy. Maybe it’s a good place to sit outside and have only drinks.

We sat on the patio which was a great view. I don’t know if it was a bad night but the service was horrible. We were never asked for drinks to be refilled, our table and one chair drenched from rain ( I had to ask for them to dry off), had to go track down waiter to ask for silverware and daughters sandwich had to be made twice because they put everything on it and then did it again. My husbands pulled pork sandwich had so much fat in it. The only thing we enjoyed was the tortilla chips and queso. We will never go back - so many better places to spend our money and at least don’t get rolled eyes from the waiter.

Went to dinner and started raining. We were sitting outside on the covered terrace. Well… as it turns out having a roof doesn’t mean you’re protected from the rain. Water was coming down from everywhere. My food was full of water, my family and I were soaked. People around us where soaked and their food ruined. Unbelievable!!
