Whiskey Cake is your neighborhood joint for craft cocktails and farm-fresh comfort food. We source flavors, ingredients, and ideas straight from the farm, because good food tastes even better when it’s grown locally.

From our mesquite wood-grilled plates to fresh greens and famous desserts, all of our hand-crafted dishes are served up with simple, honest flavors in a rustic, local atmosphere. Our chefs transform simple, seasonal ingredients into classic American dishes with local flavor.

Always fun and an experience at the Famous Whiskey Cake. Foods great, waiters are always great, atmosphere is wonderful. Can’t wait to back and it is so much closer to our home!!!!

Waitress was non- responsive!! Never checked on us. Burger came out raw. Other Food was really good. We were really looking forward to a great experience since the reviews were so good. I hate to blame our experience on the waitress but I have no idea where she was. The restaurant was not busy. We had to wave down other staff to get more drinks and take away our dishes. They need training from the Las Colinas location.

This is the newest hot spot to dine in the Alliance area. The food was excellent and Ricky our server took good care of us. Several manager types came by and checked on our food etc. The inside is beautiful! Love the bar area. This would totally be 5 stars if the music wasn’t so darn LOUD! We could barely hear Ricky answer our questions and had to lean in to middle of booth to talk to each other. And it wasn’t even good music. I don’t know why restaurants play music that loudly. The point of going to a nice restaurant is to visit and enjoy the coming of others. Again food was great - had the shrimp and grits and the whiskey cake is a must !!

Had a wonderful experience manager, interacted with us told us some of his favorites waitress was extremely nice

First visit, great impression…staff was outstanding, attentive and provided great insight to the menu…food prep was also outstanding.

Excellent service and experience! The only thing is that we were celebrating a birthday and when the dessert came they forgot the birthday candle so we had to request it for the second time and when they brought it we already ate half the cake. But overall, our experience was great!

Great drinks and appetizers! Best appetizer we had was the duck wings with the garlic muscles in second place. The goat cheese fondue is overpriced for what you get, although it was still tasty. The happy hour appetizers weren’t enticing at all.

Service was great food was great!! A little expensive, limited in menu but we will be back!!! If you like to drink this is a great place too!!

Our server was fantastic, attentive, friendly and helpful! I wish I would’ve remembered his name. Our food was served fast and as ordered. My only constructive feedback would be for the price to increase the size of the egg on the deviled eggs, we have never seen eggs so small. They tasted fabulous just wish their size was a tad larger. We will definitely be back!
