Really enjoyed the food and the staff was great, but the live music was so load we had a hard time carrying on conversations.

Great value. Steak was perfectly cooked and tender. I didn’t prefer my salad to only be spring mix and have no other kind of lettuce in it but that is just me. I didn’t eat it. They didn’t ask me about it which I found odd. The sides were really good mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and the portion sizes were great. The dessert was from a new shop going in and it was a creme brulee. It was good.

Filet was recommended but server said they don’t do that anymore and said only ribeye with upselling of size and price. Steak was thin, tough, and hard to even cut and chew. Ordered medium rare. Too much fat had to be cut off. Very disappointing. Will not go back.

There were four of us and we mostly liked our food. I had ribs and they were very good. They were a little charred, but that was OK. The mashed potatoes weren’t great. I love mashed potatoes. They were too smoked for my taste. They only had one Chardonnay on the wine list and it was terrible. Exchanged it for a red wine waitress was either new or not the sharpest tool in the shed. She did OK, but not great. It was a Saturday night and hardly anybody was in this area. Made us wonder why? I made the reservation on OpenTable, but had a question about the music. Had read on next-door that they had live music. Called five times over two days to find out details about the music, but never got an answer. Finally found their Facebook group and wrote on there and they’ve responded. They did not acknowledge why no one answered the phone during business hours. Bottom line, it was a cute place and food was OK. Won’t be back anytime soon.

If you're on the hunt for a hidden gem, Whiskey and Smoke at The Riverwalk is it! After seeing rave posts about this place, I finally decided to check it out—and wow, it didn’t disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the jalapeño sausage had just the right amount of kick. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind without breaking the bank. Think 1845 quality, minus the crowds and high prices. Plus, they keep things lively with fun events—Tuesday line dancing classes and Thursday "Steak Night" are absolute musts!

We went for the Thursday Steak Night experience. Everything was awesome. Steaks cooked perfect and the dessert was REALLY good. We are going back again!

First, the signage was placed incorrectly so we had to walk way around the building. It was advertised as $20 meal but upon arrival we were told it was changed to $25 and $27. We ordered a beer and wine which did not come out till after our meal was there and we had to ask a different waiter to check on it. I ordered a Sauvignon Blanc Rose from menu and she brought just Sauvignon Blanc. When I told her she said well that’s what we have. When our check came there was an added salad that we had to get removed. We won’t be returning.

On Thursday 8/8 we enjoyed the 20$ dinner special that was offered. A 3 course dinner, which included a salad, 6oz filet with 2 side and a dessert. The NY strip was 5$ more. The food was great along with the service. There is an interesting table snack offered when we sat down, pork rinds. The wife didn't care for them but I did like them. We will be back to enjoy again.
