   I used to go to Ballston mall back in the nineties in my school years, what a change! and this restaurant was just a great experience!

   We had a lovely time at Whino! The food was absolutely amazing! Quality ingredients and prepared to perfection! The service was absolutely outstanding - the sort of experience you have at much more expensive places! Our server was always exactly on time when we needed something, but didn’t rush us in the slightest!

   We ended up getting our check and leaving. We only got 1 of our 3 dishes after waiting for one hour and thirty minutes for the other 2.

   I forget about this place and when we went back yesterday we had a great time. They have fun events on the schedule. Good food! A little expensive though.

   My husband and I sat at the bar for dinner and shared a bunch of plates. The wagyu burger slider was very good along with the chicken Caesar salad. The tuna and avocado was good but the avocado didn’t seem fresh. The beer selection could be better but my cocktail was very good. Service was fine. It nothing amazing. Cool atmosphere with the art gallery all around and lively conversations.

   We had early reservations because none were available later. I certainly hope the wait staff was ready to help by the dinner “rush”, because they were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of the few tables that were seated. The Food was okay, the server didn’t order one of the small plates we had asked for, but we decided it wasn’t worth going to look for our server to get it. We actually had to find our server to get our check. This is definitely a one and done for us. With the food simply being okay and horrible service there are other places we can spend our money.

   We had an amazing time. The food from the chef was phenomenal, the service was top notch, the ambience was amazing, everything was 11/10. Definitely will be returning

   Love this spot! Cool artwork inside - wines are reasonable and pretty good - I love tapas style so the small plates are always a hit for me

    We had to wait a few minutes before getting seated and we were told nearly 10 minutes afterwards that an ingredient needed for the food selection was not available. Despite these minor issues, the ambiance, the food, and the waiter more than made up for it. We would still highly consider visiting this restaurant again.
