We have many imported and local wines, NSW Craft Beer and small batch spirits. Our menu changes seasonally and includes snacks, small sharing plates and main courses.

Marrickville Music Festival takes over Marrickville Rd with live music and stalls. Restaurants spill out onto the street for some alfresco dining. We will still be taking bookings for lunch as usual. Be mindful it’s best to walk or take public transport as parking will be very limited.

Our new favourite local wine bar! Fantastic and rare selection by the glass and friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Great opportunity to try few different wines from Australia and around the world. The food menu is short and seasonal, we shared few plates and our favourite was fresh ricotta with Italian tomatoes.

Had some very very good wines and some delicious food to match! They were very accomodating and the service was excellent. Lovely cosy winter setting! Will be back soon.

Great wine list and fine bistro food. The attention from staff is first class incl bang on advice matching wine with the tasty dishes.

Lovely setting - very cosy on a rainy night and awesome selection of wines. However, we picked the restaurant specifically because almost all the dishes could be gf but, after 45 minutes of waiting, they finally shared that they ‘couldn’t find’ the gf bread which rendered almost everything on the menu inedible for my friend who is gluten intolerant. The staff couldn’t apologise more and we did get a free dessert but still disappointing and the delay meant we missed our reservation at our next venue.

Thank you for your feedback. Despite having a very small kitchen and team, we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, and making people feel welcome and cared for is hugely important for us. While the majority of our menu is gluten free, we did unfortunately run out of gf bread on the evening that you dined with us. We bake our own in house, and very occasionally sell out quicker than expected. We understand your disappointment, and did our best to offer a similarly satisfying carby option by increasing the serve of the crispy potatoes alongside the braised octopus free of charge and were also happy to adjust your reservation time because you were running late. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your evening otherwise, and look forward to taking care of you on another occasion.

Fantastic! Can't recommend Where's Nick enough!! Food is amazing and always so on point with what the achieve from a kitchen that size. A lot of prep and thought has gone into their menu and for those lucky enough to get there during the week for their $35 special (palate Du Jour and a glass of wine), I'm so jealous. Wine list is amazing and great to have such choice of wine by the glass, but it is the Amaros I loveeee. Thank you to Bridget and her team.

We were very disappointed with the food. The prawns were not fresh and made me sick. We paid 32 dollars for four tiny bad prawns. If I recommend friends it would only be for a drink. Good atmosphere and nice wine.
