Beyond the backdrop of Kingston’s downtown waterfront, the new Wharf & Feather Restaurant and Patio is an adventure in bold tastes and beautiful plates. Thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the incredible waterfront views, this open concept incorporates an open-air environment leading onto Kingston’s largest outdoor waterfront patio to take full advantage of the seasonally warmer months. During the winter, we are offering our outdoor dining domes (please see website for details)!

It was good, we had the barbecue it was overcooked & dry. Drinks where great, and so was out waitress

We had a wonderful Canada Day lunch on the patio overlooking the water. The food was very good ( turkey club and black bean burger) and our server Heather was excellent. All in all a memorable experience. The only disappointment was that the Power Tower is no longer on the menu. Perhaps if enough people ask for it they will bring it back.

The staff was friendly but The food was mediocre. The burger was pretty good but the poke bowl had too much mayo dressing and went uneaten. The nachos hsd practically no cheese on them and some of it was not even melted. The club sandwich was okay but should have bacon on it not ham. You are not a gastro pub. Better food is expected at a gastro pub.

I typically give most of our local restaurants rave reviews but the factors involved with our dining experience were simply horrifying. There were only two wait staff while various bus people and the manager were scurrying around trying to cover for each other- made for a chaotic atmosphere and an unpleasant place to be! Next, it took 50 minutes from the time we had a drink in our hands until our dinners were on the table and only after we hailed our server to get his attention. He tried his best and he was extremely apologetic knowing that the whole evening was cascading into a nightmare for him tipwise. Finally, our server was a gentleman and took responsibility for the lateness of our meals ( not his fault… kitchen ? Anyone?) and I stated that I would have loved to have tipped him heavily but due to the way the evening progressed, I could not justify rewarding him. We had two burgers- not a complex meal to create but two burgers. A salad and French fries couldn’t possibly have held up our order, could they? My partner refuses to go back and this was my favourite waterfront spot. I suppose our sign was when it started to pour rain when we had booked a patio table and two of our friends didn’t show up! Come on Wharf and Feather! You’ve been excellent every other time but this one. Prove me wrong and I promise to try once more but not if there aren’t enough wait staff on the floor to begin the dinner shift.

As a regular at this restaurant, I was disappointed to find that on Sunday morning there are no menu items available. Buffet only. I am sorry that I do not appreciate buffet breakfast especially when we had guests with us. We have always enjoyed this facility, but will likely not be back.

Make server very good. Food really good too. Maybe a little expensive for the quantity, but probably compares to other similar restaurants.

Family gathering, all of the food came out at the same despite having requested appetizers and main separate. Food cold and disorganized.

When I booked the reservation, I mentioned that it was our anniversary and they were absolutely wonderful about everything. The food was fantastic, the service was amazing and the entire night was just perfect. The one thing that my husband noticed was that the pickerel he ordered was a little bony. Our server mentioned it was a very new menu so I’m thinking they weren’t used to having to prepare pickerel. He said it was very good, just bony. Thank you Wharf & Feather for a wonderful first time experience. I would 100% go here again and absolutely recommend!

First time on the patio at Wharf and Feather. Big patio with lots of room in between tables. Some tables had gas fires. It was chilly when the sun went down, so a nice feature. A nice view of the water and neighbouring dock. Service was friendly and prompt and attentive. Food was good. Cheese doughnuts were tasty and my fish and chips were perfect. A nice place to spend time socializing.

Wharf and Feather served us up a scrumptious dinner. Our waitstaff proved incredibly attentive. We look forward to returning to Kingston & Wharf and Feather - it was that good. My gnocchi with white sauce, mushrooms, and arugula was beyond divine!
