Our mission is to source the region’s best seafood and seasonal produce by partnering with like-minded suppliers.

Our commitment to locality and our selection of produce flows into everything we offer; from Hastings River Oysters to Urban Grain bread and pastries.

We aim to showcase these ingredients by preparing them carefully and serving them simply.

Very nice view Food was excellent and great advice given by waiter. Had barramundi which was very tasty

Whalebone restaurant is regarded as 1 of the best in Port Macquarie for a reason. That's because it is excellent. I wanted a venue for a special occasion for my grand daughter and Whalebone delivered. If you haven't been there I recommend you put it on your bucket list. If you have been there I expect you will want to go there again

We have been to the Whale Bone Restaurant several times & It never fails to disappoint us.Best seafood,great service & fantastic ambiance & the view is calming.

A week day late lunch for five. Great seating right on the river. They didn’t seem to cope well with the latish booking and there was some pressure to order mains quickly. Staff had limited knowledge of the wine they were serving. Excellent meal.
