The service is inconsistent, sometimes on point and sometimes slow. Food was good but came cold. Not the normal for this place but cannot rely on hit or miss.

While the food was fantastic as always, there were a couple issues. First, which has happened more than once here, we ordered our salad and entre at the same time, less than 5 minutes after the salad was brought out, the entree's arrived. Its as if they have no concept of timing and don't understand that people want to enjoy each course of their meal. It's not that hard as a server to take the order, then time phase the entry of the meal into the computer to allow people to enjoy their appetizer, salad, and then receive their meal once they have completed their first courses so that their food is not sitting there getting cold as they try to enjoy their appetizer or salad. Next, the cooks are not paying attention to the orders. I ordered the Ribeye sandwich with cheese and grilled onions, and onion rings for the side. My meal came out with cheese and green chilies and French fries. While the sandwich was still delicious, it was not what was ordered, however I did not send it back, again was still good. The only other draw back to the evening was the noise level. We really enjoy the look and feel of the Cimmaron location, but it was so loud we could barely hear each other and communication with the waiter was quite rough with both us and him asking each other to repeat what was being said. Overall a good date night but could have been better.

Wait staff were good, but restaurant is very noisy.. The salmon was overcooked and very salty. I almost sent it back, but I didn’t want to delay our company.

First time at this restaurant and I'm not impressed. I ordered the Filet with a baked potato and the potato was barely warm. The appetizer came out wrong two times and they finally got it right on the third time.

I told the waiter we were celebrating my daughters 11 year old birthday, and normally i have seen other waiter coming to the table and sing happy birthday l, in this case he only brought the cake put a candle and told us to sing. Almost as if it was a burden to him, It didn’t seem he was too excited to help wait on us. I love coming to this restaurant I would say this is the first time I felt as if we were an inconvenience to the waiter.

Although the food is excellent, the management should work more training the servers for a better and faster service.
