Restaurateur Pamela Briere owns a restaurant and a catering company in Omaha, Nebraska and says she's been thinking of the Parker gastropub concept since she moved to the town more than a year ago. We love to serve people! West Main Taproom + Grill, our newest concept, brings a unique Colorado theme through and through. 54 Colorado Tap Beers to represent the 54 14er Colorado Peaks, a single source of beautiful Colorado Wines, Spirits and an Urban Cuisine Menu with a Colorado flair.

Our mission will begin with our sourcing practices, but will hardly end there! We promise to inspire your dining experience with remarkable hospitality in a polished, rustic, contemporary atmosphere designed to invite and excite in equal measure.

Love this menu so much - I am gluten free but my non gluten free family members love it too. Fried chicken, buffalo chicken salad, crab cakes, and buffalo chicken sandwich were great. It was pretty busy on a Friday night so had to wait for initial service but our server was good.

Our prior experience with tap house had a nice table and could have a conversation . We made a reservation and went early. We were seated at a table adjacent to a large group and the other side is next to the major walkway in the restaurant. We just ate and left but maybe that was the desire to keep turning over the tables. Food was nothing special and felt overpriced. The beer was good and server nice when we could hear what he was saying. Was not a good pick for a rare dinner out before attending an event at the PACE center.

Food is good but pricey and the parking is awful - it’s been awful since they opened and they never make it any better.

We stopped after hiking and had a great meal. As always the food was great. The server got things mixed up and didnt charge us for drinks, and got the wrong items on our bill. But he was apologetic and went back and got it right. He may have been been new.

Great service, patient, efficient, and kind. I came back for the Spinach Artichoke Dip and just tried the (2) Caritas Tacos, which is very tasty!! Will be back!!

Wagu burgers were perfect. Appetizer green chile fries were also very good. We did make a reservation since we were a group of 6. Our table was ready on time.

Please bring back the blue chips, please. I miss those so much. But otherwise great food and service as always.

We sat on the patio and were absolutely swarmed by yellow jackets,our waiter came to our table, saw the hornets and literally ran away and said he was scared of bees. He disappeared for 45 minutes at a time. Our brunch was 2 hours and 30 minutes and he came to our table maybe 3 times. Then mixed up regular biscuits and gluten free biscuits and served my mom the regular ones which she made very clear she has celiac disease. We told him and he was admit that he didn’t make a mistake before then again running away as the yellow jackets stormed

West Main didn’t disappoint! We ordered fish tacos and a Smashburger. Both were excellent! My wife is GF and appreciates having so many selections; with other restaurants she’s frequently limited to a salad. We will be back!
