Usually enjoy this restaurant, service and food very good. However this Sunday (Fathers Day) the service was a bit disorganized and the steak I ordered was not of the quality I have come to expect. This is perhaps the first time I've ordered steak at this restaurant so can't be sure if this was an exception, but other food I've ordered here has always been good and the other food on this visit was up to their usual standard!

I was disappointed with the service. Got up a twice to ask for utensils and again twice for bread. The food was ok, but not worth it for the poor service.

We've haven't been to West End in awhile. We made reservations for brunch on Father's Day. The location is great. The food was only so-so. Wouldn't recommend unless you're going solely for the views on a nice day.

We had brunch here. Never been here before. Loved it. Place is clean. Lots of seating. Can bring your dog to covered patio seating. Parking is along road/up n hood streets. View is of lagoon. Service was quick/efficient. Very nice crew. We had turkey club. Avocado toast. Salmon burger. Omelet. The portions were hearty. Food ingredients were very fresh. Turkey club. 10/10. Did not skimp on the meat. Bacon and turkey falling out of sandwich. The flavor was 10/10. There was a spicy kick to it that was perfect. The fries were hot fresh and portion was huge Avocado toast was soo unique. Loved it! 10/10. Poached eggs on top were perfect. Flavor of arugula tomato and avocado mixture was yummy. Hash browns on the side were yummy. Huge portions. Salmon burger also-huge!! Freshly made large patty. Fresh veggies. Side salad was wonderful and fresh the best part are the prices!!!! So affordable. Coming back here. Our new fav breakfast joint😉

Glad they have re-opened on Sundays. Jose did a great job of taking care of us making sure we got the wine special. Missed seeing Sal and Sonny, but looks like the place is in great order as usual.

West End is a great local place that has a diverse wide ranging menu and they seem to do everything well. Prices are a bit more reasonable than a lot of the comparable restaurants as well. I would recommend this place for either a group or a couple although it can be pretty loud when big groups are there on weekends.

We drove from out of town and were 30 minutes early for our reservation but they were able to seat us pretty quickly even though their were pretty booked up. The seat by the window was just perfect. The food was excellent and served piping hot. Overall a great experience.
