For such a busy night, our food came out very quickly which was great. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Friendly service.

The table was set aside as requested. Scenery was lovely, looking out over the beach and water activities. Ordering our food and coffee was quick and easy. The meals arrived in a timely manner and were hot as required. Used plates and cups were removed after we had finished eating, but there was no feeling of being rushed to leave. A nice experience and we will return in the not too distant future.

We sat on balcony for breakfast and, as the weather was beautiful, the balcony was a great choice. Unfortunately, very limited GF options so one of my grand daughter's was extremely limited to ordering one type of cake. They do serve GF toast with the normal bacon and egg type dishes (which wasn't toasted and the other kids didn't like it). This was the same scenario as last year for our holiday at West Beach. It would be great if they could offer GF pancakes or even GF Banana Bread or perhaps more GF cake options.

We had a fabulous night. 13 of us celebrating my birthday. Couldn’t fault anything. I booked for 10 online & was able to increase to 13. Excellent service, Jordon was our waiter & so accommodating. All the food was served the same time . Hot & not one complaint from any of my family. Well done to our wonderful team at West Beach SLC

Very busy and we waited too long for our orders, once came out they gave us the wrong cakes. A few other issues also.

I have eaten there in quiet times and been very satisfied. Given the busy holiday season, I think overall it was ok, pizza was the only disappointing meal. I will return.

Lovely venue. It is best to book. We did, but they didn't have our booking on arrival. We were then 'squeezed' in. I mean, literally. There was a long table of about 10 people next to us, you had to 'squeeze' past us and every time someone came out the door, it hit my partners chair. The food was nice. Unfortunately, ours was burnt, so they lost points for that. We will try again.
