It’s my first time attending Weso steak house and I was excited to try it. I made a reservation for my Birthday and the experience was not it. Take in mind I have been in a lot steak houses around El Paso and the service is always great the people are so friendly but our server was the only reason I am giving my one star review. When we got there I asked if the table could be moved because we were right in front of the kitchen very squished around the other tables hearing all the noise from kitchen. I asked if it was possible to move my party and with disgust he says “it bothers you being in front of the kitchen” it was a simple question not for him to be bothered and say that. Never was I rude or mean always said thank and I even thanked them for moving my table. Through out the service he barely checked on us, we had to be calling the bar server to actually get his attention. He was always with his face and when he would come it wasn’t pleasurable. Overall at the end he refilled our drinks probably once and that’s saying a lot. He charged 18% tip on all tabs and the service was horrible. All the party hated the service and noticed his smirks. I wish that tip would have gone to the cooks because they actually deserve it.Disappointed on the service. Will not be attending again. Waiters name is Francisco.

Service was good! Portions and display was amazing . Seating is very worth the quality and time . All out 5 stars !

Everything was great, except the mahi-mahi I had was a little overcooked and dry Everything else was great the ribeye, the appetizer, the dessert everything service all great thank you. We will be back.

Very disappointed with the service I received here overall it was mediocre. The service attendant we had was very inattentive. She visited our table 3 times (Mannie or something like that). Steak was dry, service awful. Safe to say i will not be visiting again. Should have kept my original reservation to 1700 Steakhouse.

The atmosphere was far more casual than expected. The space was brightly lit and the tables were close together, thus eliminating the feel of an intimate dining experience. The bar also had a television showing sports, which I wouldn't have expected. The service was slow with the server was forgetful on more than one occasion. The food was good, but not great. The meats were quality amd cooked well, but the sides were mediocre at best. The vegetables were dry and undercooked, risotto was bland, the potato was small and over baked, and the caesar salad was less than desirable. All in all this was not the fine dining experience that I had anticipated.

My wife and I asked for our ribeye steaks medium rare… our steaks were still mooing when it arrived to our table. I still ate mine but my wife asked them to cook it a bit longer the steak came back well done

Reserved weso online and it had the full menu. Showed up and for $115 a plate, we had an option of one side, one salad, three main meals, and one dessert. Then it took an hour for a waiter to take our orders and bring an appetizer out. Overall was not impressed for the price point and very frustrated at the lack of customer service. Food was good but small proportions.
