Always a lovely experience whenever I come back here! The seasonally changing menus are inspired and thoughtful, and the service is excellent.

Always a great meal from wa’z. Exceptional quality ingredients sourced locally and from Japan. Unbeatable sake pairing and variety as well.

Very thoughtful, well-prepared and top notch, yet still not too formal. The service was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the fixed 9-course meal of beautiful, high-quality, and delicious food that captured the essence of the season. Each course was described to us by the chef. It was such a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back for another special occasion!!

Always a wonderful time at wa’z. The food is outstanding, the ambiance is superb, and the crew is very friendly. Can’t wait for next month’s menu!

Waited for drinks until after our food arrived. Not the level of service you would expect from such a expressive dinner. Couple courses were good but not great. Best course was the Tile fish, next aged Bluefin, then Kobe.

Hands down one of the best meals. Authentic and best quality of ingredients. The broth dishes were unbelievable. The Chef and staff were the kindest. Will be returning soon!

Food is consider okay-good in Seattle area. their tofu course is amazing. Service is just bad, maybe its alright in normal restaurant standard, but definitely NOT Omakase standard. In the soup course, the spoon is not even served, we had to ask for it.
