Hidden away on the beach with stunning panoramic waterfront views, Waves Restaurant offers an amazingly picturesque dining experience.
As a restaurant, it is just perfect for casual group meals, a romantic dinner for two or for a more elaborate wedding – for which they are very well known. Their interior has an easy, coastal feel with comfortable furniture, letting the ocean take centre stage. With glassed walls allowing the maximums views of the ocean in front of you, the feeling of dining by the sea is as real as it gets.
Their team of chefs have created a seasonal and mouth-watering menu that complements the relaxed, seaside feel of the venue. There are also delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and a daily specials board. The wine list is also generous in its diversity with sulphate-free, organic wines available as well as delicious local and interstate wines. There is plenty of paid parking right outside their door and they are open 7 days for lunch &

Fabulous. From the warm greeeting on arrrival. Great views. Exceptional food, beautifully presented. Great variety. It was difficult to decide between the tempting options. We all had clean plates it was so delicious. It still is one of my favourite restaurants. Thank you

I recently dined at this stunning beachfront restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was nothing short of outstanding, with every dish crafted to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive, with a friendly and attentive staff that made the evening feel extra special. And the view? Simply breathtaking – the beachside setting provided a serene and picturesque backdrop for our meal. Considering the quality of both the food and the ambiance, it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable dining experience by the ocean!

My hole family had a great meal and drinks for my sister's 50th Birthday. We were looked after by all the very friendly staff. The food was so fresh and tasty and not super expensive. They Also helped out with the Cake. Great job to the team! Thank you so much for a great lunch!!

Waves is a fabulous venue on the Beach. Always busy. Staff are fantastic as is the food and menu.

Breathtaking location ,a view like noother,yummy food,generous potions ,the staff were attentive,friendly and welcoming .Jessica’s service was exceptional.I ordered a mock tail and fish and chips for main ,the food arrived promptly,beautifully presented ,overall one of the best experience I had in a restaurant.If I can give unlimited stars I will readily give to this restaurant ❤️

We travel over 84km to dine at Waves and worth every km we travelled food always 10/10 Service & Pricing are reasonable except for paying $12 for a Corona a bit harsh apart from that amazing place highly recommend this place it's actually my favourite to go place of all places 👍

The staff are always very kind and helpful! Today they moved my party onto the balcony upon request and allowed us to stay until the very last minute before they needed to set up for their dinner bookings. Food was delicious, as always!

We had a lovely lunch with friends at Waves on the beach. Outstanding location, couldn’t be better. The service was friendly and the food arrived ina timely manner and was excellent. Would recommend.

The venue was beautiful overlooking the beach. The food was spectacular and generous, and the staff were so accommodating. Took 93 kms to get there but was worth the travel. Try it out.
