Watersmeet Hotel Rocks Restaurant
Wherever you decide to sit in our restaurant you’ll have a spectacular view of the sandy beach, rolling surf, rugged North Devon coastline and Lundy Island. It’s west facing too, which means you can enjoy glorious sunsets over dinner.

We serve well cooked, classical English dishes with a few modern European influences thrown in for good measure. With the sea on one side and North Devon countryside on the other, we are spoilt for choice when it comes to high quality local ingredients. Our venison and lamb comes from Exmoor and our fish comes in fresh from Brixham and the surrounding coastline.

Really lovely restaurant overlooking the rocky coastline; great service and food prepared with excellent attention to the details. Makes for a fantastic evening out.

Amazing view, all food was amazing couldn’t fault it-fish cakes starter was lovely. Seafood pasta was delicious and the crème brûlée was excellent, soufflé was also delicious

We had afternoon tea here while in Devon. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We made a booking online but didn’t realise we had to call for afternoon tea so we was down for lunch. But the staff were able to put us together an afternoon tea which was great. The views were amazing, the only thing I would say was the bread was a little stale but that may of been because they made the afternoon tea last minute for us. Apart from that it was beautiful and would come back if we visit again.
