At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Diver scallops from Maine get a slight TexMex makeover after being perfectly golden-crust-seared, while jumbo lump crabcakes celebrate beautifully fresh crab as their essence, never loaded with fillers just to save a buck. We will never utilize third-world fish farms, cheap seafood substitutes, artificial flavorings, or exploit threatened species at Waters. We strive for only the best experience for our guests, while at the same time being good stewards of our environment and our future.

Our server was excellent, very attentive, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Everything tasted good but my steak was from what the server said, “the last one”, which I was a little apprehensive Since my background is in the beef industry, I felt like my steak was cut very thin on one end and was perhaps cut from the 12th rib end of the roll. The Demi-glacé was over seasoned a little but all in all the dinner was very good.

This is one of our Fort Worth favorites. It is as wonderful as ever. To begin we had excellent service from Jacob. I passed on a starter, but my husband had oysters which he said were great. For entrees I had the halibut and my husband had the surf and turf special. My halibut was a generous portion cooked perfectly with a delicious pesto sauce. My husband’s steak was prepared as requested with a tasty demi glacé sauce and topped with two mouthwatering prawns. We split a half portion of the lobster Mac and cheese, which is like having dessert. It was a lovely dinner and we truly appreciate the consistency in the quality of the food and service.

Outstanding food and service. Every dish was exceptional. Everyone on staff from the time we walked in the door until we exited was exceptional. Halibut was one of the best fish dishes I’ve had.

We went to Waters for our Anniversary and they were fantastic. Everything we had was wonderful our server was knowledgeable, personable attentive but not hovering. We will definitely be back

We were there to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday and everything was perfect. Our server Sam was helpful, attentive and made the evening so much fun as she encouraged and joined in our celebration. Food as always was excellent. Mary also so made the night special by always making sure we had everything we needed. We met Mary on our first visit to Waters three years ago and on every visit since she has always made us feel like special customers with her attentive service and warm smile. She and Sam are both wonderful assets to your restaurant.

Been here a number bunch this was not the best. Food was good usual. Service was spotty and the large table next to us was very very loud

Food, service and atmosphere were perfect!!!! If there is a must it's definitely the crab cakes!!! Lobster spot on!!! Scallops nicely cooked!! Thank you Waters!!
