Welcome to Waters Edge Winery of Norfolk! Founded from a deep love for wine, food, and family, our craft winery offers a unique experience. Owned by Jason & Dyan Witt, both passionate about hospitality and quality, we aim to make every visit memorable. Jason's business acumen and global wine knowledge, along with Dyan's marketing expertise, ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere. Absolutely loved this gem! Our server was above and beyond, the food was great, and the wine was devine! Great for dates or a fun group of friends. We will be back for sure!

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! However, the food was extremely BLAND and barely warm. Unfortunately, they were out of crab dip, salmon, and a couple of other things. For the price point, I would not recommend returning.

The ambiance was excellent and the wines were good. The main complaint is that the food had no seasoning and my steak was not cooked to my liking. I went with 2 friends and we all had the same complaint even though we all ordered something different.

We had a lovely dinner last night. Food (burrata sandwich and chicken salad sandwich) was great and nicely portioned. The Sauvignon blanc was a little sweet for my taste but still balanced. Looking forward to returning

Highly recommend the membership it will pay for itself. Jason, the owner, poured my wine tasting and was very knowledgeable about the wine since he made it but also came across as friendly and relatable. He also came over after dinner to check on us which was a nice gesture. I will definitely return.

Food was just okay crab cakes were salty and the meat was brownish in color and very flimsy. Not good at all. Fries came our cold. Brussels were good. Just okay would not go back again.

Excellent food and drink! The staff was also very accommodating and polite allowing us to finish conversation and socializing after their posted closing time!

I love what they did with the place. The aesthetic is great, and it was very clean. The wait staff was amazing. The wine was very good. Though I not sure it matched the price. Unfortunately, the food fell short. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. A little crispy, and the feta and honey played well against each other. The crab cakes were good but not great, and defiantly over cooked. Same with the zesty shrimp skewers. The seasoning was tasty but they were over cooked, and I didn't care for the peach dipping sauce. The sauce basically tasted like peach preserves. The crab dip was pretty standard thought it was odd that served it with toast and not the red pepper pita that is on the menu. I didn't inquire as to why. The worst though was the parmesan truffle fries. The worst though was the parmesan truffle fries. The fries were cold, rubbery, and looked like they were just frozen out of a bag. The parmesan was rather large pieces shaved on top. Without being melted or anything it was falls off when you try to eat the fries. The truffle aioli was OK. There are too many great restaurants in Norfolk to mess around here. It should have told me something when I couldn’t a Wednesday reservation at my first two choices and Waters Edge wasn’t even at 25% capacity. I might go back or wine and try a different appetizer but that it all.
