We came here for our anniversary and were seated in the middle of the restaurant, sandwiched closely between tables of other groups of people that were speaking really loudly. We had requested for something more private since it was a special occasion, and they did move us when we asked, but I’m not sure why they didn’t just seat us there in the first place since we mentioned it was our anniversary. The $8 bread plate was really disappointing— it was a stale, pre-made brioche with some rosemary and olive oil. We also ordered the Peach Bellini, which was supposed to be “Niagara peach purée with Prosecco,” but it was really just Prosecco with a splash of peach schnapps. That felt a bit misleading. On the plus side, the octopus appetizer and the lamb were both good. But the lobster tagliatelle was very mediocre — there were just small bits of lobster sprinkled on top of al dente spaghetti. I don’t like spaghetti so I would have appreciated them letting us know if they didn’t have tagliatelle. I really wanted to like this restaurant, but the food didn’t quite live up to the menu descriptions, and I felt like it wasn’t worth the price.

Great experience at Watercolor. It has an amazing rear patio that feels like a vacation. The food is equally impressive. Zucchini crisps were light and tasty. Salmon and Lobster mains were both flavorful and filling. The service was great too and made our birthdays even better. Highly recommended.

Interior was nice and waiter was very attentive. Food was flavourful portion sizes were decent. Would visit again! A nice addition to unionville.

Overrated- for the value and price that you pay not worth it IMO. Menu needs work using basic ingredients and flavours if they decide to keep the menu as is then your prices need to be adjusted.

The service and food were excellent - the Seafood Grill (plating and serving size varies from visit to visit, but it's always delicious) and Kale Salad are our go-to.
