An absolute gem of a restaurant in Unionville - have been before and will be back for sure.

The appetizers, especially the baked feta and calamari, were fantastic! Baked Feta was WoW! However, the main dishes were a bit underwhelming. The grilled seafood was just okay something you could find at any seafood spot with better flavor and price and the short rib cavatelli pasta was similarly average not wow not bad. The drinks were also a little below average. On a positive note, the ambiance is wonderful, and our server was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there was a major issue with our order. After waiting over an hour for the main dishes, I had to ask about them, and it turned out they were preparing to bring us the bill instead! It was quite disappointing, especially since diners who arrived after us were served and finished before we even got our mains. This mishap really affected our experience, but overall, it’s a lovely place with amazing appetizers. The staff is nice, and mistakes happen it just happened to us this time. I’d recommend the appetizers for sure! And check if your order is late you don’t want to wait until they close…

Wait too long for our dishes, 45 mins. Our first dish came in a reasonable wait approx 10-15 mins, but after that is almost an hour….

Great Food great service from Joseph and his team. Wonderful server in Michelle and the rest of the team from Michael onwards. Always as expected fantastic!

Watercolour is a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant filled with great ambiance and food. Parts of their menu rotate from time to time (as we found out after we didn't see their brussel sprouts anymore) but the food we've had has all been delicious.

We had a fun evening with delicious food, good wine and excellent service by our server Eric! The weather was warm and balmy and everything was wonderful! Will go again! One suggestion if they can bring back the original chicken dish it will be appreciated! It was by far the best chicken I have ever tasted and we eat out a lot and in different countries including France!

Great food! Service was a wee but slow (didn’t get checked on much) but was very kind. Overall would highly recommend!!
