   Reservation was at 8:00 didn’t get seated until 8:30. Took a While to get our order in. Had the seafood platter - not impressed the “ceviche” is in fact not ceviche. The seafood platter is overpriced compared to other places. Franciscian crab restaurant is way better at half the price. The only thing this place has going for itself is the view. Even the cocktail menu was disappointing. Not sure why this place has good ratings. As a Vegas local , very disappointed in our experience from service, wait time, food wasn’t great , and cocktail menu was not impressive .

   The Waterbar was a fabulous experience. The food was excellent and the wait staff attended to all our needs. We had dinner in the early evening and was seated outside overlooking the bay and the Oakland bridge. We ordered several seafood appetizers and entrees all prepared to our liking. This restaurant is very popular so I suggest that you make reservations ahead of time. Also there is no parking or valet service so it’s best to use a ride share service to get there. The restaurant is also a nice few minutes walk from the Ferry Building.

   Multiple trips to WB over the years. Always have exactly what I expect--a great dinner. The staff was very welcoming and quick to seat you and accommodate last minute requests. our waiter was spot on knowing when to approach us and also provided the same for food recommendations. Food was artistic and delicious, and enough to satisfy your hunger. Dining outdoors under the heaters provides a great atmosphere.

   Christian is the worst bartender I've ever had. Rude. Inattentive. Treated like I was subhuman highly reccomend sitting literlally amywhere besides the bar..

   My server Jeremy was awesome,great recommendations with an on point respectful customer service,ensuring food was satisfactory. Already recommended to me SF friends!!! Definitely coming back with my family!!!

    We've enjoyed a number of very good meals at Waterbar. On a visit earlier this week the staff seemed overwhelmed. Our drinks arrived promptly but after half an hour we had to flag down our server to remind him of our bread order. It arrived a few minutes later. After 45 minutes the floor manager stopped at our table to say that too many shell fish orders had come in and apologized that it was taking so much time to serve half a dozen oysters to one member of our party. After an hour wait the oysters plus the other two appetizers came to the table. The main courses followed promptly. It seems like a significant understaffing problem. When the manager stopped at our table it would have been appropriate to offer a complimentary glass of wine or other special consideration. We did receiver an amuse bouche at the same time as the appetizers. We were entertaining an out of town guest and felt embarrassed that the service was so spotty at a restaurant we've enjoyed in the past.
