   The waterfront view is incredible after dinner you could easily walk down and enjoy the waterfront in the view .

   Beautiful room and a great river view, but a mediocre menu and food and a poorly trained and inexperienced staff. Pretty disappointing.

   We didn't actually eat here, but the rating system requires an answer to all the factors, so I gave 3 stars for food, etc. Apologies to the chef if the food is actually excellent; we didn't stay to try it. We arrived at the time of our reservation--6:30 pm on a Saturday--and were surprised to see only 4 customers. It was obvious the reason: there was music playing at such an ear-splitting volume that conversation would have been impossible. We immediately turned around and left. We were counting on a quiet date-night dinner, not a night-club experience. It was certainly not the "elevated dining experience" advertised.

   We loved the Water Street Grill. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The server was wonderful. The atmosphere was pleasant and the view of the water with the large windows was amazing. We were a large group and we totally enjoyed the restaurant. Then we took a very short walk along the water to the aquarium. I will definitely return.

   Bit disappointed with the menu, given that Italian is part of the menu, but limited selection. Blacken Salmon was very good. Night brought more customers, but bartender doubled as our server, which he did a great job. Would return in better weather to enjoy the outside view.

   We left before our food came because it took over an hour. Ruined our night.
