    The staff was very friendly and helpful, but food took a long while to arrive and we had to rush to eat since we had a concert to attend. even drinks and apps took a while, so that was a bit of a disappointment. However, food was delicious, and the bread is always amazing!

    The menu looked great but unfortunately the food was not. The Chilean sea bass was overcooked and dry. The scallops came out very rubbery that I had to return them. I ordered Dover sole as the replacement (which was quite good- or I was very hungry- Albeit a bit too much oil/butter). However my husband was completely done with his meal (plus an additional 15 min) by the time the fish came. Would have thought they’d offer us a dessert or something for the delay (caused by their overcooking the food). But nothing. I would not recommend eating here as 2/3 of the food we ordered was severely overcooked. Disappointing.

    Food was terrific, oyster selection incredible, and our server Gavin made our experience outstanding. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

    What a magical night! I can’t remember our server’s name, but I remember he was from El Salvador… he was absolutely incredible! Funny & knowledge & helped us pick out 2 dozen delicious oysters. We also enjoyed sea bass & halibut & copious amounts of fantastic cocktails. The salted sourdough bread was otherworldly & really just every moment of dining in this stunning restaurant was absolute perfection. Thank you so much to Water Grill for excellent service, seafood & drinks. You made our trip incredible!

    We had an amazing time celebrating my son’s birthday at the Water Grill. Everyone enjoyed EVERYTHING! Chef Necole and our waiter, Miguel, made our table feel extra special. We’ll definitely return!

    The salmon was advertised as being served medium rare. It was delivered medium well rendering the filet tasteless. The oysters Rockefeller were delicious. The swordfish was also overcooked to a medium well. The service was great. The restaurant is beautiful. Too bad the food fell short.

    Water Grill is one of our go-to places on the Las Vegas strip. All-around good value - high quality seafood, friendly service, and a decorative atmosphere that is both fun and sophisticated. We always get some oysters and their selection and quality are second-to-none.
