    We’re hosting Thanksgiving this year at Water Grill Las Vegas. Gather with us on Thursday, November 28. Our three-course Thanksgiving menu will be available all day, featuring your choice of starter (clam chowder or mixed organic greens), entrée (roasted Diestel Family Ranch turkey, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, traditional cranberry sauce, homemade sourdough apple-celery stuffing and turkey gravy) and your choice of dessert (pumpkin cheesecake or caramel bread pudding). Adults are $72 and children (under 12) are $26 per person. Our full menu will also be available all day. Secure your table today!

    Laura our server and Nikki the manager went above and beyond to help my friend and I surprise her 15 yr old daughter Isabella with Adele tickets! Nikki emailed me once she saw my request on OpenTable and was excited to help out. She had the pastry chef prepare a plate that had a few Adele’s lyrics on it that we chose with desserts! Laura and the rest of the serving staff didn’t hint or even make us know “they knew” minus one knowing “look” Laura made to me. She then took my phone and videoed her picking up the plate, walking it to the table and videoed the entire thing! Isabella had no clue and didn’t even catch on to the lyrics at first. …once she did it would make anyone tear up!! She LOVES Adele and she (was an amazing dancer and competitive gymnast) danced her last dance to Adele’s “love in the dark”…..then she had major surgery for scoliosis, that kiboshed her whole summer but thankfully fully recovered!! So this was a super big deal for all of us and definitely a bucket list concert for us all! Thank you the Water Grill for helping us make the night so special!! The food was great - (especially loved the scallops!), great margaritas, loved the key lime pie, service was attentive and everyone we met was kind, helpful and friendly. We went back after the concert to thank Laura again….it felt like we met a friend that night! Thank you from two happy Canadian woman Stina and Michelle - and one “still in shock but so very happy” young lady Bella.

    The manager Cassie and her team made our visit to WG incredible. I have yet to meet another leader like Cassie who sincerely care’s about the customer’s needs like her. She checked with our table several times to ensure our dining experience was the best, the food exceeded our expectations. Thank you Cassie for making our visit WG memorable.

    Another great evening with a full array of seafood enjoyed by everyone!! Great dining with a big group with a nice variety of food to keep everyone happy with their choice. Definitely recommend Water Grill for a fine dining experience!

    First time at Water Grill. Server gave us a good education of their unique approach to fresh seafood. His explanation was thorough and perhaps a bit exhaustive but now we know. We all ordered seafood. Daughter had the salmon roll and it was beautiful. Husband had fresh oysters and enjoyed the Pacific oysters best. I had the lobster roll. Delicious and jam packed with lobster. I didn’t eat the whole roll, just polished off the lobster. Service was great, maybe too attentive. Ambiance was enjoyable. I’m sure we’ll visit Water Grill again.

    Excellent food. Wait staff was knowledgeable but was lacking on service. For example, had to wait for water, dirty plates to be removed and were not replaced. No follow up on drinks, food etc. Waiter basically disappeared and was only seen a minimal amount. restaurant was not busy either so it wasn’t like he was busy with other customers
