Wasabi Bistro Hawaii is one of the Honolulu’s casual dining, with an atmosphere of relaxing out-house theme. The restaurant was founded in 1992 as one of the Japanese restaurants in Oahu as a hidden spot, for family and friends to gather, and it has been treasured for many years.

Wasabi Bistro Global is a modern take on intricate, traditional Japanese food enjoyed in a quiet elegance of an intimate bistro setting. Subtly decorated with exquisite Japanese art and artifacts, the dining areas have been designed to offer guests the utmost privacy. So far the best and freshest sushi that we’ve had. Tucked away in a kinda strange place. By a pool, which looked to be at a small hotel or apartment building? Either way, the food and service was top notch. Very attentive server. Tried the sushi and sashimi. Hand rolls and sake flight. Highly recommend for a great date nite and small intimate dinner. 10/10. Will be dining here again when in Waikīkī area.

いくら他の来店がないとはいえ、20:00来店で20:40ラストオーダーはあり得ない。客が減り20:50に最後の客となり、スタッフの早く帰れオーラを感じた。たチップ払う価値なし。

We’ve been here two years in a row and it’s INCREDIBLE. So fresh. So delicious. Great service. One of our favorite spots in town!

Wasabi bistro is consistently a pleasant dining experience, when in Honolulu. The atmosphere is unique, the service is expeditious and friendly, and the food is excellent quality. The server gave me great suggestions for sake and fish.

Honolulu’s hidden gem!! Do yourself a favor, skip all the other sushi restaurants and go here!! To die for sushi that doesn’t break the bank!! The yellow tail roll, the Japanese red snapper sushi!! It was ALL so very good! 10 starts in my book. And yes, I’ve eaten at some pretty outstanding sushi restaurants, Nobu! Try this place you will not regret it. It’s tucked away in the super cool beachcomber resort! The entire experience was amazing!!

We love sushi, and we can honestly say this the very best we’ve ever eaten. Warm, friendly service and minimalist Japanese decor. We will return whenever we are in Honolulu. One last thing—if they have the spicy tuna on crispy rice “cold appetizer” definitely order it. It was wonderful!
