Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

We had a lovely brunch with Mimosas unlimited. The food and service were excellent. 4 people dined, two of us ordered the lower tier unlimited mimosa, Bloody Mary, or Aperol Spritz. One of us ordered a mock tail, which at that price point should come with a refill. Our entrees were varied, every one was happy. We ate outdoors, it was nice. Bill with tip was about $225. Will be back, thank you!

We were a little surprised at how pricy their menu was, but the food was surprisingly excellent! The problem is that it is so noisy that we couldn’t hear ourselves, so we moved outside. It was still a bit noisy because the music blasts out there too, and the bar crowd spills out as well... but it was certainly better than inside. We will go back, the food was worth it.....but maybe not on a weekend, and will try early enough to miss a lot of the bar scene.

Everything was great! Service, atmosphere, food! The bartender was friendly and attentive, and a manager came by to see how everything was.

I had no idea what to expect when my girlfriend found this restaurant. It was great. Our waiter was attentive without being clingy, chatty without being annoying. The food was well cooked, and you can tell the chefs knew what they were doing. My girlfriend's steak was cooked to perfection- like better than steakhouses, perfection. My homemade prime rib raguu was awesome. Prices are definitely a little on the high side, but probably not for Del Ray Beach, but you definitely get a quality meal and honestly a lot of it for what you spend. and the whiskey bar is second to none! My only complaint would be that I was expecting a more subdued ambiance, but it is definitely not that. Music was pumping and conversation was lively. still give it a 5/5 more if I could.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with my aunt! She turned 90 and has been celebrating all week!! Wayne came over and could not have been more gracious! Will be back soon!!!

All in all, our experience at Warren was underwhelming, almost s disappointment. We dined as a party of three, celebrating my birthday. When making a reservation, it was necessary to give a credit card to secure it, with a warning that a cancellation within. 24 hours would result in the card being charged $25 per person in the party. Now, I can appreciate the restaurant wants to ensure that they have an accurate head count of guests each evening, so I wouldn’t say the credit card thing is a disqualifying factor for wanting to dine there, but as a first impression, the table reservation protocol was considerably off putting, and seemed a bit velvety-ropey in its aspect, as if the customer should be grateful for the opportunity to dine there, than the other way around. We arrived early, about an hour ahead of our 8:30pm reservation. We were welcomed at the door by a staff member and were offered a complimentary glass of champagne, which I thought was a very nice touch. We retreated to the bar area to wait for our table and enjoyed a round of artisanal cocktails while we perused the menu. The bar area was busy and lively, but not too loud and the decor of the restaurant elegant and tasteful. And the specialty drinks they prepared for us were really quite delicious. So far so good. Our table was ready at exactly the appointed time, and our waiter was an excellent host, attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. Two of us ordered the Wagyu ribeye, which was accompanied by steamed spinach, which match well with the beef, and sweet caramelized onions, which in my opinion, do not. As to the main dish, you would think a place that charges 80 bucks for a ribeye would employ staff who know how to cook a steak. Both were considerably undercooked from the specified doneness of medium and medium well respectively, and in my case was so near-raw, I couldn’t finish it. My date ordered the sea scallops which i sampled, and to be fair, were quite delightful.

Eric.. Apologies for not meeting yours or Our Expectations!! The Team works very hard to exceed our guest expectations!! I completely understand your feelings about the credit card put down... The decision to do that was a tough one.. Certain times of the year lots of guest will make multiple reservations and it makes it tough to Guarantee a seat for all of our guest and not have any empty tables! Please feel free to call the Restaurant and I will make your reservation personally!! As for the Steak prep we employ the Best in the business but when you cook 200 steaks every night you can mess up one or two... Hopefully you spoke to one of our team members who would gladly fix the issue!! Hoping you will give us another opportunity! Look forward to meeting you!! Cheers Wayne
