Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with my aunt! She turned 90 and has been celebrating all week!! Wayne came over and could not have been more gracious! Will be back soon!!!

All in all, our experience at Warren was underwhelming, almost s disappointment. We dined as a party of three, celebrating my birthday. When making a reservation, it was necessary to give a credit card to secure it, with a warning that a cancellation within. 24 hours would result in the card being charged $25 per person in the party. Now, I can appreciate the restaurant wants to ensure that they have an accurate head count of guests each evening, so I wouldn’t say the credit card thing is a disqualifying factor for wanting to dine there, but as a first impression, the table reservation protocol was considerably off putting, and seemed a bit velvety-ropey in its aspect, as if the customer should be grateful for the opportunity to dine there, than the other way around. We arrived early, about an hour ahead of our 8:30pm reservation. We were welcomed at the door by a staff member and were offered a complimentary glass of champagne, which I thought was a very nice touch. We retreated to the bar area to wait for our table and enjoyed a round of artisanal cocktails while we perused the menu. The bar area was busy and lively, but not too loud and the decor of the restaurant elegant and tasteful. And the specialty drinks they prepared for us were really quite delicious. So far so good. Our table was ready at exactly the appointed time, and our waiter was an excellent host, attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. Two of us ordered the Wagyu ribeye, which was accompanied by steamed spinach, which match well with the beef, and sweet caramelized onions, which in my opinion, do not. As to the main dish, you would think a place that charges 80 bucks for a ribeye would employ staff who know how to cook a steak. Both were considerably undercooked from the specified doneness of medium and medium well respectively, and in my case was so near-raw, I couldn’t finish it. My date ordered the sea scallops which i sampled, and to be fair, were quite delightful.

Eric.. Apologies for not meeting yours or Our Expectations!! The Team works very hard to exceed our guest expectations!! I completely understand your feelings about the credit card put down... The decision to do that was a tough one.. Certain times of the year lots of guest will make multiple reservations and it makes it tough to Guarantee a seat for all of our guest and not have any empty tables! Please feel free to call the Restaurant and I will make your reservation personally!! As for the Steak prep we employ the Best in the business but when you cook 200 steaks every night you can mess up one or two... Hopefully you spoke to one of our team members who would gladly fix the issue!! Hoping you will give us another opportunity! Look forward to meeting you!! Cheers Wayne

First let me say , I love the Warren. But last night was disappointing. I arrived in Costume and the gentleman at the front basically told me there was no event. I had to find it on your Instagram page to show it to him. Embarrassing to say the least to be dressed in a costume on 11/1 with all the patrons starring at me like …do you not know Halloween was yesterday. More insulting was that staff made me feel like I was losing my mind. There was no costume contest, no DJ no Food and Drink Specials. I drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale for dinner at the Warren. Staff never apologized or offered anything for the fact that they advertised something that even they did know about.

Marisa.. My apologies! We did not handle our Halloween plans well.. Our Friday party was planned months in Advance and on Thursday it became apparent that few people dress up the Day After.. Also the DJ canceled at the last minute and we did not communicate that properly to you!! Lot's of moving parts and I dropped the ball! Please reach out to me and I will make sure you get your Prize for the effort you put in! Great food. Great atmosphere. Decent service. Cost seems high for being so far out west. It's not downtown, they don't have as expensive of rent.
