Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

Unfortunately, there were no inside tables available (Manager, Wayne, tried his best to no avail). Outside dining wasn’t very pleasant due to tiny flying insects wanting to share our dinner and land on us as well. At least the weather cooperated. Service, as always was excellent, food prepared as requested. We’ll probably wait until mid October to return.

Presentation of food and cocktails were outstanding, unfortunately where our experience fell flat was with the time it took to get said food and cocktails. The food looked sensational and was well cooked, just needed quite a bit of seasoning

The steak came out rare when ordered it medium well . The manager was less than empathtic. At one point she even argued with me about the bloody meat that was dripping into my plate .

So good ! Definitely a new favorite spot. Service is friendly attentive and well organized. The food is delicious as is the presentation. Comfortable ambiance that isn’t stuffy. Fantastic bartenders, extensive wine and whiskey menu. Try the chopped salad , lamb chops and grilled octopus. For dessert, the banana cheesecake is one of a kind delicious!

We attended a special themed HipHop Brunch. The food was amazing and the drinks delicious. The DJ played a wonderful mix of classic tunes. It was a vibe! I hope they do it again soon!

Beautiful atmosphere and great overall vibe. I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Definitely will be back. Tips - it’s on the pricey side and definitely make a reservation or you may not get seated.

99.9 % perfect Except for rap music Service, food all perfect Rap noise is not for a high end steak restaurant

One of the best restaurants in Florida service was great food over the top it was our anniversary Wayne sent a card to our table all the little touches that count can’t wait to return.
