The meats were quite great value for $49 pp with Chinese New Year's special. I understood staff weren't enough but no heated foods, tho. We have been waiting in front of heated stove for more than 30 mins to get actual BBQ meats. Then meats arrived but no chopsticks! A girl was new? but she tried to take another order even our ordered foods hasn't arrived yet. There were no new customers, so all has served already. Additionally, a group of families were so noisy. Kids were screaming and rolling on the floor, but no one stopped. Suddenly, the lights were dark for photo shooting for this big families. It is good setup, but it is necessary to improve.

Great location in Malvern East along its commercial strip. Has access to parking spaces which is convenient. Service was attentive and friendly. We got the Wagyu set which had good selection of meats. As it was our first time visiting, we were unsure if it was a staff assisted cooking service. As there were no other patrons to observe, we were happy to cook the meals ourselves. Staff did check in appropriately as our meal progressed. Happy to recommend.

5 star service and delicious food! They don’t charge 10% extra for weekends only public holiday which is quite sweet!

Absolutely loved it there, can’t recommend enough! Get the qiqihar plate and enjoy it. The staff are a dream too, thank you 😊

great service，however food is over price++++ and with that price some meat quality is so ordinary and even poor，$45 doller rib meat only have 5 small pieces raw meat and quality is so so，never go back again and will never recomend to any one who loves bbq
