Absolutely loved it there, can’t recommend enough! Get the qiqihar plate and enjoy it. The staff are a dream too, thank you 😊

great service，however food is over price++++ and with that price some meat quality is so ordinary and even poor，$45 doller rib meat only have 5 small pieces raw meat and quality is so so，never go back again and will never recomend to any one who loves bbq

I think in order for this restaurant to stay viable they need to do two major thing. One is be more welcoming at front of house - hardly greeted us and two, mix more greens with so much meat. The meat was lovely, but sadly needed greens, not just a little salad. They require more selection of different salads, vegs with the meat. The service has to improve, if they want clients to come in and spend a lot of money on food. We had to chase staff even to pay our bill. Not good for a new restaurant. I think with improvement, it could be a lovely experience.

Basically, the meat is high quality and it can be fun to grill things yourself, but the service was horrendous (they never bothered to explain anything, and would run off quickly to avoid taking our drink orders, things took a long time to get to the table, my drink was awful once I did get it 20 min later, etc); plus it was so, so loud in there, so it wasn’t really even a comfortable space to chat while you wait long periods of time for your drinks and food. I would only really recommend this place for when you want to go out to dinner with someone but don’t really want to talk to them…

Food quality is excellent. Service was okay but could be better, for example, the waiter didn't know what BYO was. Never checked in with us as to what we may need or explained to us each of the meat and how to grill them.

We booked a table for Saturday night three days in advance and we specified in the booking that one guest was coeliac. Once we ordered they brought the food and told us that they run out of gluten free soy sauce, so no sauce for one guest. They also told us that the pork belly we ordered was not gluten free braise of the marinade. When we asked if one guest could have a couple of pork belly slices with no marinade they checked and told us that the manager said it was not possible. Nothing was offered to make up for their shortcomings. Overall a disappointing experience. We won’t be back
