So you ask why Wanda Byob?

Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad.

What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.

With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.

So nice to have a new culinary experience with a French Flair. It is not Italian......and the menue is extensive.

Our first time dining here and it was fabulous!!! The appetizers, the salad, the entrées and desserts were outstanding - our waiter Patrick was very helpful explaining everything on the menu and making recommendations for us! We will be back!!

Stopped in for brunch. Loved it! It’s this little tucked away place with great ambiance. All our food was excellent. Highly recommend the croquettes and breakfast options. Hostess and server were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!
