So you ask why Wanda Byob?

Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad.

What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.

With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.

Fantastic all around! Great tasting food and wine. A+ customer service. The chef stopped by our table as well as the owner. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful dinner at Wanda’s. The service was FANTASTIC! The food was delicious! We were there on a weeknight so the sound level was great (not noisy at all). Really surpassed all of our expectations. This is a Hidden Gem

We Always have a wonderful dinner here. Love the Atmosphere and the food is always delicious. Chef Anthony creates the best sauces. The escargot is the best, perfect sauce, tender and delicious, the best escargot I have ever had. Filet was cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. The braised short rib of beef was delicious too.
