   I love Wally’s and even more recently my love has grown even more. Their hostesses are beyond thoughtful and even remember where I like to sit in the restaurant, definitely some next level service! The waitstaff as well is courteous, quick and friendly! Food and drinks are top notch! In particular the steak tartare, burger and octopus and Hamachi crudo are some favorites! Love this place and has the best social fun vibes of anywhere on the westside of LA!

   Great menu, delicious food prepared delectably, and fun ambiance, surrounded by an amazing wine collection. One of the best grilled fish dishes I’ve ever had!

   Dreadful! They took our booking for 1pm - we arrived and were told we had 5 minutes to order and had to leave by 2pm. They had a private party booking but didn’t tell us, happily took our 1pm booking and kicked us out. Never again!!!

   Don’t sit at the kitchen bar. We were forgotten. When you’re forgotten the food doesn’t taste as good. Poor service was not the servers fault, rather just understaffed for such a busy night.

   Wally’s is EPIC. Dining in a world class wine store adds incredible theater to your experience. The food, bread, cheese, and menu mix is inspired. A must stop when in LA. The truffle fries and exceptional. Try Wally’s HERO.

   I went for the champagne & caviar tasting and had an amazing experience. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and given a little explanation on what to expect. Once I arrived to the tasting area the sommeliers were helpful. I will definitely be back.

    Hostesses was just completely aloof and not customer service driven. We paid the prix fixe for the fundraiser event. We wanted a table to eat at after and they looked at us like we had two heads. There was plenty of space and absolutely no reason why they couldn’t seat us. We put ourselves on the waitlist and when we went back to check the hostess said “you didn’t want to be on the waitlist”. I’ve worked in hospitality for years…. All I can say is What in the world. We spoke with a manager who was really sweet who got us menus and let us eat where we were. If you have people spending money at your restaurant…. I don’t understand why you can’t accommodate them. Waitress was great, event was good, manager who helped us was great.
