Welcome to our home!
Waldo’s was founded by restaurateur Waldo Cesoni with the intention of becoming “the destination point” for a true Italian culinary experience.

The restaurant pays homage to the essence of the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable, and unpretentious.

Second visit within a week. We love this place. The entire menu is amazing and delicious. The service is quick and friendly. The offer of 1/2 price bottles of wine till Sept 30th is a treat and makes for wonderful dining abnd helps the budget. Truly a restaurant worth visiting when in Palm Desert.

Great fish dishes and winderful pasta. The servers were friendly and helpful. Great bar and wine list. Well worth a dinner in Palm Desert.

Our experience was great. Ask for the spaghetti Bolognese. Fantastic. Make a reservation!

This was my first visit to Waldo’s and I will definitely be going back! We ordered the meatballs, Cesar salad, and the short rib ravioli. ALL AMAZING! So delicious and tasty. Our server was very polite and friendly as well.

The veal was overcooked and dry. The lobster raviolis were okay but nothing special. The soup was great. Ordered lattes and had to ask for them again since we were almost done with dessert. Our host was excellent!
