Really enjoyed the food and time with friends. some of our order was confused in the kitchen- but they were able to sort it out quickly

The restaurant itself was good as usual. Booking it on OpenTable was a waste as we were told at the counter that bookings aren’t really seen.

The food and drinks were very good and the costs very reasonable. However, the service was lacking. Drinks were brought to the table one at a time with gaps in between. Three of 4 meals were received with a long delay for the 4th. One plate was cleared at the end but the others were not. And we were not checked on and had to flag the server down to ask for additional drinks. The restaurant was not busy at the time but it did seem like there were only one or 2 people handling customers in the restaurant as well as take out orders.

The food is tasty and a unique play on Taiwanese food. But the service is horrid. Took 22 minutes to get water. 11 mins to even be approached by staff after being seated. We had 3 entrees arrive before our appetizers. Our 4th entree arrived with the appetizers. A simple answer if you want to eat here... Take it to go.

I will come back to Wagamama’s again and again for the chicken chili ramen. My husband enjoys trying something new each time we go and is always pleased.

Apps and entrees come whenever they’re ready. It would have been nice for the server to have told us. One dish (an entree) was delivered about 15 minutes after the rest. The food was all really salty. I’d pass.
