Apps and entrees come whenever they’re ready. It would have been nice for the server to have told us. One dish (an entree) was delivered about 15 minutes after the rest. The food was all really salty. I’d pass.

Ok, so I’m not new to visiting this location and despite making reservation and asking for a booth, the girl in the front desk asked my name yesterday and I also said I had asked for reservation for a booth and I could see there were three empty ones and she says right to my face let me see if there are any empty ones?? Seriously?? Is this how they treat a customer and it looked like she was ignoring or arrogant. Our waitress Jeanine was the only amazing person who made us feel welcome. I’m very disappointed with the front desk service and they need to train her better.

We’d definitely go back Took forever to tell me the wine I ordered was not available. I then ordered a soft drink and was nearly done with my meal by the time it came

We had a 12:30 reservation and they were completely ill equipped to manage the influx of patrons after the Celtics Parade. We sat for 30 minutes without water (which never arrived) and our order was finally taken by the hostess. (She was working her b*tt off). When food finally cane it wasn’t the complete order and they had to remove items from the bill. Just a hot mess.

Usually Wagamama is on point. Today it wasn’t. Service was mediocre at best. And food wasn’t its usual greatness. It was a “blah” experience all around. The one at Quincy Market / Fan Hall is always on point!!!!

The Udon ginger chicken was delicious and my daughter loved the spicy salmon. It’s a little pricey but a great experience

Good food but the service is horrible. We waited for 12 minutes before we saw a server on a day where 3/4 of place was empty. When we got one she gave us no napkins, forgot the forks, spoon and straws. We waited for another 10 minutes after receiving our food until I had to get the stuff myself. I know good people are hard to find but this place seems to have angry unhappy staff overall
