Really great experience trying the new tasting menu. Enjoyed the various menu items and drunk pairings, and it’s a great value. We also had fantastic service.

Food was all delicious! Bang bang cauliflower is my fave and some of the pieces tasted a little flour-y, but still delicious overall.

Great experience! Spent our anniversary at this Wagamama location. I’ve visited many Wagamama’s in different countries where it’s more of a casual dinner place but this was definitely so much better when it came to service and was more of a fancy restaurant which I loved. All the staff were so friendly and nice! The food was amazing as usual and the free parking was easy to get validated by the restaurant.

The ramen was really good. As were the baos. Service was pretty slow. We were warned the food comes out as it’s ready but we all ordered ramen and the two who ordered the brisket ramen waited almost 10 minutes more than the rest of us. I understand the concept of setting these expectations but it seems like an easy task to just start preparing items that take longer sooner to ensure the entrees are served together. Shared items make sense to come out staggered. At any rate, I’d consider returning to try more of the menu items and give the service another shot.

Food and drinks were great but wish they paced out the delivery of the food. One person at the table of 4 received their entree before the shared apps arrived. The rest of the table received their mains one at a time which made it a bit awkward to start to eat when one person had to wait longer than the other 3. Bang Bang cauliflower is fantastic and appreciate the many vegetarian and vegan options.

While the Bao Buns were 5/5, the remaining food ordered (dumplings, crispy rice, steak bulgogi) were very average quality and taste. Would give 2/5. The drinks were tasty but very small for the price. The service was lacking and the drinks took awhile to be delivered. Overall I would not go back here as there are many other way better tasting Asian restaurants in Dallas uptown/downtown area.
