While the Bao Buns were 5/5, the remaining food ordered (dumplings, crispy rice, steak bulgogi) were very average quality and taste. Would give 2/5. The drinks were tasty but very small for the price. The service was lacking and the drinks took awhile to be delivered. Overall I would not go back here as there are many other way better tasting Asian restaurants in Dallas uptown/downtown area.

Really liked the tasting menu. But the courses were not coordinated with the drinks. The kitchen seemed very busy

The food was fresh and authentic, couldn’t have asked for more! The drinks were well done. I had the spicy salmon teriyaki and it was the best thing I had all month. Overall the experience was great. We can’t wait to recommend our friends here.

Tokyo Fries are incredible and the Nourish-Mint juice was great on a hot day. Food items come out as they are ready vs in order of request so nothing sits under plate warmers ever. Very picturesque place and easy parking.

Food was moderate - Felt like it was missing something. Staff was sub par. Waiter misheard our order and never confirmed it with us and left. I flagged her down to confirm she heard me but for some reason she thought I ordered three meals for myself and didn't even question it. Once I corrected, I overheard her right behind me badmouthing me to her coworker. Ruined the rest of the experience as she spent the rest of the evening treating me different. My partner and I are pretty easy going people but don't go out as often as we use to because of staff like this. They don't necessarily care about the job that pays them. If there was one ounce of care they would never treat people like that and maybe would have heard my order right. Don't think we'll be going back.

We both enjoyed the Restaurant week special menu. The starters and entrees were both very tasty and savory. Nice having this place so close to our home at The Christopher so we can just walk across the street. Service is generally good at this place.

Love Wagamama! Discovered it in the UK earlier this year and was very excited to see Dallas had one of the few restaurants in the US.

Came here with two friends at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening and they were only two other tables seated, that didn’t change much throughout our meal so the vibe was pretty nonexistent. Nicely layout open concept dining space with walls of windows making it feel connected to the city, Loys if natural light. Service was just OK, Our main courses came before our appetizers and the main courses didn’t come at the same time. We had an order to go and had to ask three times for it and after finishing our meal, it still wasn’t ready. I had the duck Ramen, which was really good, but the noodles were very overcooked. The tuna nachos were ehh and the Korean fried chicken bao was also not that exciting. the portions were generous, and my cocktail was quite good.
