Located directly south of The Shanty restaurant, on the southeast corner of Wadsworth Road & US Highway 41 in Wadsworth, IL - Wadsworth Inn is open 7 nights a week starting at 4 pm and offers a cozy rustic ambiance for dining, bar service, and private events. We also feature upstairs outdoor balcony seating with picturesque views of the forest preserve. The menu offers recipes crafted from locally sourced fresh vegetables/herbs from neighborhood farms, creative dishes, timeless comfort food entrees prepared in cast iron, creative takes on fresh seafood & premium aged steaks. The menu is bold, straight forward but complex, & hyper-focused on flavor. Wadsworth Inn features a full service bar, a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the forest preserve, private events, and accessible parking. Food was excellent. Only thing I would change. Don't bring my meal before I've taken 5 sips of my soup.

Food & drinks were amazing as always!! Staff was amazing, welcoming and friendly. It was very very warm in there though. As was my previous visit a week prior which just makes things a little uncomfortable.

Great experience from the moment we walked in. They took amazing care of us and everyone was really attentive to our party of 7 plus a child which isn’t always easy. Food was fantastic! Portions are great to even take home. Great value. We will be back soon.

A bit disappointing. I have been several times with excellent food. Steaks dry and not much flavor this time. Live music too loud for conversation.

The specials are amazing! They have such a great variety that everyone can enjoy something spectacular! We love this place and the service is the best! This is one of the top local restaurants for sure!

Great food at reasonable prices in today's economy. I would love to see more salads as meal options. temperatures were warm, but completely understand not the staff's problem.
